Put WIA_Vehicles into your UO folder and go into UO. Then bring down console and type /map WIA_Vehicles

mp_WIA_Vehicles is not the map name, just WIA_Vehicles

Hope that helps mate ;)

Well, I just downloaded the pk3, put it in C:/program files/call of duty/uo. Open CoDUOMP and typed in console "/map wia_vehicles"

Map loaded :)

Maybe the file you downloaded got corrupt, or you are misspelling vehicles (<-- common problem ;))

no m8, it IS a pk3 file
only if you download it, windows will automatically detect it as a zip file,
because the structure of zip files and pk3 files are similair...
All you have to do is rename the filetype to .pk3

check this topic, he has the same problem: http://pedsdesign.com/codforums/viewtopic.php?t=649
