Map command?

hey,

im a noob in custem maps and stuff. ut my question =
what is the map command for (cod2) zzz_jm_schools or all maps with zzz for it? my server can't load them.

the name of the iwi file is not the name of the map, you have to type in the name of the bsp file
in this case it would be /map jm_schools

SO IT would be /rcon map jm_schools ???
or do i need to change the map name from zzz_jm_schools to jm_schools ??

no the maps have got an internal name that is not the filename of the *.iwd so u have to try and see which is the right

e.g. jm_castle_easy or soviet_stronghold

sorry but i don't understand.... ur are saying not to change the name of the file?

but what is the rcon command then? plz? /rcon map jm_schools? is not working??? plz
and for this map 2 zzz_jm_highways2.iwd`
so for this maps the commands plz?
zzz_jm_highways2.iwd
zzz_jm_schools.iwd

i dont have jm_school now but the consolecommand for highways2 is
/rcon map jm_highways2

for the first one
/rcon map jm_highways

As Nightmare said, it depends of the name of the BSP file. The BSP file inside the .iwd file could be called jm_test, and no matter what name the .iwd file has you would still have to type /rcon map jm_test (even if it was vlknvdsnklvnsvds.iwd in the main).

Leave the map name as zzz_jm_schools and use '/rcon map jm_schools' to load the map.

Thanks, Hyways is working now. but schools isn't working the command: /rcon map jm_schools , my server says he can;t find it :S

oh wow, there are two bsp names in there

/rcon map jm_creep
/rcon map jm_school_hard

I am pretty sure other people have had this problem seeing that this iwi filename has nothing to do with the bsp names
