best way to find throws?

Hi there, im just wondering what the best way to practice nades is. I cant seem to do it, i go from one place and my next try is way wonky lol

oke first u find the place where u want to get the nade in, then u go away ( a nice distance where u cant get shot , shelted ) then u throw nades to get them in the spot. if u got the nade in the spot u do the same but now u find something to remeber the spot ( radar , crosshair , nades , bullets ) whatever then u got a nadethrow ( this is how i do it

What I do is find a corner of a window, the tip of a roof or match another wall with another one while aiming (Hold the nade, don't release yet) and practise it.

I usualy practise nades on my match server with members for comms.
