Running Slow

Is it my PC or is it this site that is running slow. ive just put in a new HD and re-installed, and some sites inc this one sems to be loading slow, like upto 1 min to load a simple forum page.??


Ive done a Internet speed test ,that sems to be ok, ive did Internet Catch & History cleaning, and Memory defrag (i have 1-gig memory) but still seems to take upto a minute for this forum to load.

Anyone else getting this proble, any idears how to speed things up if it is my PC giving me slow access to site.??
