We had a bot register on the site recently and posted a shit load of porn links in loads of topics, some recent some old. I deleted his posts through the database to save time instead of deleting them all seperately (which would have taken AGES), however it still shows that he replied last to some topics - please ignore this and don't bother posting in topics which are old!

You could at least of used the database to destroy the topic he started, now we are left with a dead topic floating around

If somebody makes a bot that sends out 10 000 messages in a day and it gets 100 clicks, and for every 100 clicks they get 5 people buying what they want at $10, that's $50 a day, or $18 250 a year, for a few hours of time in some bored programmer's life thats not bad
Nonetheless, also unethical and very annoying

It would have taken AGES to delete them all, especially considering how slow the forums have been recently. Also I don't have time to delete them all with exams coming up, I want to either revise or relax, not spend ages deleting spam topics
