what is the ts details and can i put the tags in my name (what are the tags???)

The TS details are on the main page - I'm not sure whether we have the server anymore as it came with Grom's CoD2 server which has since gone.

As for tags, I'm afraid only CJ Helpers and Team are allowed to wear CJ tags.
