Since I'm a complete computer noob I got no clue on what this all means so I'm just posting what console brings up. I bet it's easy to fix though
First the actual error:
Code: Select all
Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's web site.

Reinstall GFX Drivers
Reinstall DirectX
Reinstall CoD
If all of those fail, contact Activision or search the activision support.
btw, have you updated game? I am sure you are missing pak's (pakb & localise_pak5?)

I think not, I just installed CoD and UO directly after eachother. Think I had to download a patch though when I wanted to install UO.
Anyway, I'll restart the whole bunch again. It also asked me (After installing UO) if I wanted to install DirectX but I already did that when I finished installing CoD1, so I didn't do it after UO. You think the problem is there ?

The version of Dx from those installers are out of date, get the most uptodate version first.

idd, when you create a map while you have a big mod in your folder, and afterwise you delete the mod, you will get an error when starting up the map. Very annoying tbh
That's why my brother's computer doesn't need anti-virus software; 450MHz P3 doesn't meet virus's system requirements.

Cheers, I waited before taking any action so I'm not doing everything for nothing. I'll take a look at that and will get back to you later.

I have no custom stuff, I just installed CoD1 and UO directly after eachother. I only play CoD2.
