Animated Avatar?

hey guys, ive been browsing a lot of forums and i see some members with an animatyed avatar. how do u do this?

you want to use a .gif file. I don't know myself how they are made.

you make a gif file and use the layers as frames

image ready makes it much easier to do sicne you do not have to maek each frame one by one

but image ready is not the only prog u can use there are engouh other appz but with photoshop it is easier
