No bullets command

i joinned your server yesterday and there was no bullets in guns, i would like to know the command

its not a cmnd its a mod of sorts... "modified pak8.pk3"

could u give it to me or tell me a place to get it cuz im running a jump server too and people wont stop shooting

for the tdm maps its fine cuz i've put reflex on and no weapon on german but for dm its not working :s
