ok.. i want to watch the video on how to strafe jump.. but its dm.2.. and not compatible with cod2... i dont have vcod and uo... is it possible to watch a demo on how to strafe in cod2?

You can't watch .dm_2 files in CoD3 as it's only for CoD1. CoD:UO demos are .dm_3.
