I would say it's more the fact that it is such a large country, so there's a wider range of people - they have the most clever people and unfortunately for them the most stupid people too

England aren't that much better with the scum of the earth charvs around the place though tbh, most of them know shit all.

Give someone a microphone and a camera and you can make it look like you are asking a question to someone but in actuality
you are changing the video/audio to make the people look stupid or just showing the ones who are.

Since this is such a big country, of course we have the most stupid people, but as Peds pointed out, we probably have the most brightest as well.

Estonians made Kazaa, Msn Messenger, Skype and Hotmail.

None are very good inventions though ... msn is one of the biggest sources of annoyance for me
