I have seen people go up ladders at EXTREMELY high speeds. Can anyone tell me how to do this? It looks awesome!

In those SkyCorp jumpmaps or whatever theyre called, i can only go over the ladders when i put my fps up to 333. You seem to climb them a lot faster that way.
