tryin to start a server doesnt work

when i try to make my own server it gives me this mesage called "See Consel" so then i pulll down the consel and then it says something about this "clan logo" thing is this because of a mod or should i reinstall the game complewtly or what should i do?

go into your cod/main folder and delete anything suspicious
eg zzz_customsounds.pk3
or user_weapons.pk3
or gayclansnopistol.pk3

i had the same thing when i had somehow downloaded half of codam so i deleted it and it worked
