Oh my god, this isn't rocket science!!!

Have a window open showing the folder where you have your downloaded demo.
Have another window open at Call of Duty\main\demos

Drag the demo file from the window it is currently in, into the demos folder in the other window. Problem solved. If you can't work that out then I'm surprised you even know what a computer is or how you got here
