Mmm remove all the mods and try again. For default main menu see http://www.koel.se/COD2/cod_main.jpg
I think the error lines like:
Menu load error: ui_mp/settings_dm.menu, line etc etc.
got nothing to do with it becouse I see those lines in my console every day and it still works.
Think it's the "Error: Couldn't find material 'ui/assets/fadebox.tga" Line where u should look.[/url]

I fixed it with a good old fashioned uninstall/re-install.
