Install it, then all you have to do is right click on the RAR file and go "Extract files".

You use winRAR to open .rar files.... (i.e. .zip files).

When I try to download ya video the file name is: Neuville27.dm_2

Then all you have to do is put that file in 'call of Duty\main' - you don't need winRAR or anything. The only time you would need winRAR is if it is a .zip file you have downloaded (quite a lot of the demos are .zip files, specially the older demos, so you would need to extract them then.

I found it, but when I try to open a file it says: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

Click on "My computer" -> and then go the the directory where you've got CoD installed ->
click on the map called "Main" -> in that folder there should be a map called "demos" if not make that map...

Paste your demo in your demos folder (remember the name)

In Call of Duty type in the console (you open the console by hitting the key left of the 1)
/demo "demoname" <-- this is without the brackets and without .dm_2

EDIT: Damn my post was a few minute too late...

Maybe try downloading the demo again

SoMeBoDy: you don't open .dm_2 files as you would normally do, you load them in Call of Duty.

Just follow koekie's directions and you should get it to work fine

If you downloaded the demos, copy the dm_2 file to your demo folder (default is : C

/Programs/Call of Duty/main/demos)
If you don't have a demo folder, just make 1 in your main folder.

Now when you copied the dm_2 files to your demo folder, open Call of Duty. Then open your console (^) and type in :
" /demo <NAME OF DEMO> " and press Enter.

lol, i can't believe he doesn't understand...

Here are some steps for you to follow:

1. Download a demo files (.dm_2).
2. Place the file in "Call of Duty\main\demos"
3. Load CoD
4. Open console (should be either ~ button or ` button)
5. Type "/demo <demoname>" (if you downloaded Carentan24 then it will be "/demo Carentan24")
6. Watch the demo

If you still can't work it out then nothing can help you

I'm surprised you don't even know how to put a file in a particular folder, and am starting to believe that you may be fooling about with us.
