i've got an noob laptop + noob videocard .. look

Update the graphics drivers, and if it still does that its probably a faulty graphics card.

Your graphics card is useless (and more than likely unsupported). Get a new computer :P

CPU - Central Processing Unit.

So, neither of them are CPU's but both of them contain 1 (or more)
