This is annoying.. please help me..

Hi all,
I am in Desperate need of help...
Recently i Reformatted my computer... before i formatted i used to get 70-125 FPS..
But now after i reformatted i now get 20-50 FPS i have downloaded latest Drivers etc.. and windows etc..
Maybe there is some settings in my comp that are wrong and preventing my Card from working properly.. this does it with all games now.. just pure lagginess..
My card is a ATI RADEON 9250 128mb..
I seriously hope that you can help me.. any suggestions will be grateful... Thanks alot.. Infiniti

I have done that.. but if there is any other commands other than Those and cl_maxpackets and snaps etc would be grateful

More than likely you have not installed or your motherboard drivers, if you dont install them all and properly your Motherboard will use AGP x4 instead of AGPx8. I had the same problem and was sorted by reinstalling the drivers.

I dont actually use MSN, so there wouldnt be much point tbh. When i get more time I will sort out my MSN and block a whole lot of people, but until I have the patience to do it, I doubt I will be on.

heres what i did

have one msn for all the annoying people that u dont really want added (school m8s etc.) and have a separate one for important people (clans members etc.) and im sure u get asked for alot of help by people so just block them after lol

I have my own clan msn, but I rarely use that (we have TS

I get a new person add me every day, usually they are asking for help... no1 seems to understand I cant help them with everything

lol yeah ts 2 win, i dunno y my clan uses vent ;/ microsoft sam can really get on my tits. people sometimes add me for jumping with them, can be annoying though i like to help
