How to send a demo?

I wanna now how to send a demo. I have recorded some demo's and i don't now how to send them. You must put the file with the email to someone of cjteam like murphy?

Send an email to murphy (or another active member). Make the subject something like "11 Demos - Joeri". Attach the demos and attach the screenshots.

Take a screenshot of the jump/nade that will show the person downlaoding , what they are downloading. And if you can be arsed, make the screenshots 150h x 115w (but that is optional).
