how about this for a cool border.
after u have made ur sig.
make a new layer. make a small box and fillit white. then set it to overlay.
then it will look like this sig i made for a m8 this morning.

I like the top one, i dont like the bottom one too much. Nice ones though

easy

and now u know!
bottom one effect is just basically clouds
then amde yellow and black
with a bit of blur on and stuff. then get the pic! mine prince of persia! put him on then a lens flare on knife and diffuse glow low grains low light stufflike that and a border and a good blend in the tecxt took about 30mins for both but effective
