Well the 1st part of the comp. was voted by users
This is how 7 final songs were piced out and then a group of people from the music industry reviewed them and gave points
I dont know theexact score but out score was 0.5 points smaller i.e 17.0/16.5

Bascially ownia (and band) did not get 0.5 votes, they got 0.5 less points than the band that came 1st. Simple.
