[SOLVED] Need Help for a Specific Jump

On SVT_Stronghold_pro, how in the hell do you do that jump from the skinny ledge that surrounds the pillar to the other skinny ledge? Like I have no idea how to jump that far with so little space. I would post a pic of what I'm talking about but my computer doesn't let me printscreen cod2.
