Radiant 2D Grid Problem

In Radiant, whenever I try to right click in the 2D window to move around, it moves WAY too fast. It goes past at least 10,000 units. Also, in the command box, something says, "Entering message loop
WARNING: Could not connect to source control."
I am just wondering if that has to do anything with the 2D box moving to fast problem.

I was about to post the same thing. I deleted the regedit entries, reinstalled the modtools, and still have this issue. I tried running it in compatibility mode for win 8, 7, and xp sp2, all times as well in Administrator Mode. But to no avail
