There is no "patch" for 1.1 per say, but you can downgrade your 1.5 copy in a few easy steps:

1. Make a copy of your 1.5 folder, it's probably named "Call of Duty", so you're going to want to copy it, and then rename it to something such as "1.1".

2. Now you will need to delete some files that do not exist in version 1.1. These files are in the main folder and are: pak08, pak09, paka, pakb, localized_(language)_pak2, localized_(language)_pak3, localized_(language)_pak5.

3. After deleting these files you are going to need a few files specific to 1.1, they are the 1.1 CoDMP.exe and the multiplayer dll files in the main folder. Here's a link to mine: http://www.mediafire.com/?871ygcs40sn4fmw. Simply replace the current .exe in your 1.1 directory and then replace the .dll files in your 1.1 main folder.
