Need to make this server better

Basically my clan agreed to start a Codjumper server. So I offered to pay for the hosting on a VPS etc, for now we're testing it on a linux server.

We need to make it as good as possible, so we trying to add everything we can, but no one knows anything about codjumper technical things.

I have used the search function before signing up, and nothing was useful. Here is a list of things we need, and i am aware that some of these things are not with the official Codjumper mod.

1. Gravity Gun
2. Rapid RPG reload speed.
3. Fully disable drawfx.
4. When people fire RPGs at the floor, it hurts them. We need this disabling.

If you can assist me in the correct direction or route, I will be more than thankful. We want to make the server more enjoyable and get more of an audience to our CodJumper server.
