My server is not running old school

I recently started A codjumper server I do not have much experience with cj servers but I am experienced in deathrun servers I hope some one can tell me how to either add old school to my server or something that can make jumping easier and not slow when you load a point

To turn on OS:
scr_oldschool 1

Not sure what the command is to reduce the wait time after a load in CJ mod (not entirely sure if Drofder/Soviet created a var for it). Generally it's left in to stop people from being greedy with jumps - if they have to wait a short period of time then it means they're more likely to wait for someone else on the same jump to take their turn. So personally I'd leave it on.
