okie dokie heres my record 257 units:
http://www.aufa87.dsl.pipex.com/luke257.dm_2 .....and i used 125fps(best i can get) and for anyone that thought i used 333fps, i should tell u that its a scientific fact that 333 doesnt make u jump further, just higher!
didnt add it to my other topic because it got locked (gay!?

Ok, you can get further with 333... Reason = Although the distance you jump is basically the same, the extra height allows you to land further. You probably dont understand, but ohwell

With 333 you jump higher.
So if you strafe, you strafe a bit higher into the air which makes you land further (If you do exaclty the same strafe). I think it's obvious
So yes, just like Drofder said ^^

yeah it makes sense, its just the way leveller explained it, but i guess hes not always right

i'm glad tho because i've made a map with only 40 units head room, grom tested it with 333 and it was impossible..so i'm gonna try 258 on my map now

caramba, its not finished yet, even though i've already made all the gaps from 220 to 260, but i decided its just going to be part of my map as a training section rather than just another gap training map. havent touched it for awhile(lost interest

) but i hope to finish it in week or so.
HasH you should look in the support section of the forum, read this topic
http://pedsdesign.com/codforums/viewtopic.php?t=37
it has links to strafe jumping tutorials ect.
