No it's not, its just vartaz's personal opinion. It isnt made by randomly, but you can't judge fairly, cause there would be too many things to look at, and too many many people to judge in a fair way.

A system, what was mention by Drofder, or which was in the film called "The Social Network" could work here. They compared university girls. It's not like there's any logic in making this system, im just telling we could get an objective list with that if we'd want to.
I'm looking forward to the map rating system though.

Lol guys i didn't mean to create such controversy haha. An updated title for this will be Vartaz's 2012/ 2013 Top list of custom map Cod4 jumpers. Pleaase change the title The percentages obviously are just made up, but its only to say how close in skill some people are, and just that there are things about 1 particular jumper that outweigh things from another. Notice I have 84% listed several times, because it is too hard to determine the differences and add them all up systematically...Obviously these are my subjective opinion.. I just thought it would be an interesting topic. And yes I hardly ever play stock maps so purely stock jumpers are not included here.

Guys please lighten up it was only meant for fun and just a good guess because I get this question alot. "Who are the best jumpers?" And If there is one true fact of this list its that ParagoN is the top.

But the figures are definitely made of air particles.

It was stated the percentages represent the jumpers ability to consistently jump a gap, but these figures had not been tested. You cannot have a figure to represent data that is based on opinion, it is just entirely devoid of logic.

I'm still trying to work out how the same jumper, who doesn't even play that game mode can have 2 different percentages, quite far apart.

Well I didnt realize he was there twice, but as he said it was assumed based on his non os skill since there are not many OS high skilled jumpers left lol

If you look at a custom map like mp_sonic where it's capped at 125 and has a timer I guess you could judge it by that, in that case people like z0r and ddd have the best times don't they?
Most of us also use 125 for rpg gaps whereas Obi uses 3-1-3 doesn't he? I don't know the technique he uses though.
Also lol at DanTheMan and aren't Phl3x and iCY Soldier one in the same?

But honestly Drof is the best...duh.
