City Elevator Question

Yo yo yo... I'm new here, but anyway.
The relatively new elevator at plant pot in mp_citystreets is easy to do and a good spot.
I tried the same trick (you will understand me if you know how to do this elevator) with some other windows but it didn't work.
Am I doing anything wrong, or is this elevator unique?
