CodJumper gloves skin

Hi all,

Firstly, i've looked for topics answering my question but i haven't found anything.
So, my question is simple : if it is possible to get it, where can i find the CodJumper gloves's skin ? (the one pictured in many videos, with a little logo "CJ" ).
I have many skins for gloves but i want to get some CJ stuff


Example of video on which we can see the skin :

Play on the server which has that skin (CJ #1 I think) and then you can find the skin inside one of the .iwds I believe.
