map loading problems!!!!:(

Hey guys i tried to set up my own game and all but when i type in the consol to load the game it says File sum/name dismatch?????? does anyone know what this meens and how i can fix it???? please writeback

You have too many maps and/or iwd files in your codjumper mod directory. Move/delete any that you don't need and try again.

The only maps i have downloaded are portal and what ever ones i downloaded from other servers. where do i find the maps downloaded from other servers? and plus this is a brand new computer so theres not a lot of stuff at all.

Depending on your OS, the maps will be in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\usermaps

What I would check first of all is that you don't have a load of .iwd files in your Mod folder. Assuming you're using the most recent version of our mod, that'll be in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\codjumperv3_12
(if you're using a different mod then go in that specific mod folder)

If there's quite a lot of iwd files in there then move a load of them out (although keep the files required for the mod itself, such as mod.ff and z_cod4jumper.iwd).

the only time i load a map is when i load the mod from the servers i join. not the one i have downloaded. idk if this helps but i bout my game from a store. its a disk. so when i load server it says COD4 something not 1.7. How do you get 1.7?

Download and install 1.6 patch first(It's required to install 1.6 before installing 1.7)

guys sorry if im anoying you but i now have 1.7 but when i go to load a map it says that it couldnt find something ethier an IWD or .ff or something. so odes anyone have a link to a video of how to run maps with codjumper? just to makeshure im doing it right.
