CoD2 redirect(fast) download stopped working

Helo ppl and best regards.
This morning I put some new maps on my server and then I wanted to test maps,so I tried to enter my server as usual,but I have this strange problem.It would not download maps via http redirect adress as it always downloaded.It keeps downloading from server itself.I found that problem is somewhere on my computer or network but I am not sure.I tried from my laptop and everything is fine,but from desktop it only starts to download from /main/ folder on my server instead from http://cod-2.info/mape . I tried reinstalling cod2,tried system restore 2 days back when everything was fine,but still the same.
Cannot determine what is causing this problem because I did not install any new software,and I did not change any settings on my network.This is driving me crazy.So if anybody knows or have had the same issue,please help.Just to mention,this problem is not only on my server but on the other servers which have redirect downloads enabled.I hope u understand what am I trying to say.

Please read my previous post again.I said that it works from laptop but not from desktop.Cfg is configured properly on my server.Was always working but now it does not work from desktop,but works from other computers.Same problem not only with my but with other servers.It is not the server issue I guess,but something else on my computer.These are my servers config redirect settings:

Read his post again.
cl_allowwwwdownload 1 is a client side thing, not server. If the laptop has it enabled but desktop doesn't, it will only be fast download on the laptop.

OMFG!!!I do not know how the hell this setting was changed by itself!??I did not change anything.Thats it.BIG THANK U!!!Never realized that this option can be changed in client side.Thanks again m8s.
