Not sure as you have not provided enough info...

Is the map big?
Have you got alot of xmodels?
Is it FPS lag or Connection Lag?

Then i doubt it is lag?

Lag only happesn when your fps drops to below 25 (that area) or if you are downloading or connectnig to a terrible server.

i sometimes get lag when i test my map, but i think closing radiant/coduomaker seems to help...give ur map to someone to test, so if its ok for them, then u know its not likely a fault with the map.

yep and lag is also caused by extra messagin systems such as msn and aim, when i get a message it freezes momentarily  gl

Yes, make sure you close your CoDRadiant, as this sometimes can cause the game to be jolty.

It doesnt happen often to me, but it has been known to happen.

Yup close radiant, if you dont have a whole lot of memory, it hogs a fair bit whilst open, and can make the game feel "laggy" even though it apparently isnt. Thats what I found anyway.... If you havent got it open in the background, then just check if you have anything running that is using a lot of memory.
