well today i finally finished building my computer somewhat ahaha got a cheap geforce 8600 gt and that finished it off and when I got windows 7 installed and cod4 installed I was very happy to see my fps on cod4, right now I am getting a solid 125 fps!!! now im going to raise it up bit by bit by using /com_maxfps ahaha so happy

I had one of those and only got about 20 fps constant with AA off. Granted, it was old and worn out, but I don't remember it working that well to begin with.

I still have a Geforce8800GTX and it runs CoD4 at a solid 125FPS aswell.
It's one of the best cards nvidia ever made.

i could imagine 333 is also possible on low settings with a 8800?

Yeh it's possible. I could get 333 but I needed fullbright though iirc. Although steady FPS will be hard on maps like Overgrown and Downpour.
