fps problem

fps problem
I usually get ok fps on regular maps and regular gameplay. And on custom maps my fps is 125 steady and sometimes 333 steady. But on mp_jm_offices my fps is in the 40s and 50s, WITH fullbright and no fx, it still is crappy. But on any other custom map its good.
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

a lot of entities may low fps.
