CSV code for music on a map

Hey so i have music on my map by the radio but its really quiet, would anyone please tweak this code to make it go as loud and possible (max volume)

Not sure what "rlooping" is, but it is not shown in the soundalias notes, however IW have used it... I have changed it just in case.
I have never done sound in CoD4, so I may be wrong...
