Is there any way to get admin on the latest version of codjumper mod for cod4 pc without paying?

Or what are you trying to become?
Admin of a server?, then ask them.

What i mean is like u have the admin rank and u can use the admin commands like !take or !nextmap

What's with the sudden influx of dumb people on these forums? I am 99% sure the server you are playing on is NOT an official CJ servers (all official CJ servers are listed @www.codjumper.com), and if it is then it should be taken down IMO. The only way to become an admin on the mod is to list your GUID in the config file, which you must own the server to do so, or get the server owner to do it for you (in this case it seems that you have to pay $20 to do so).

it is a official server it is server 10

Host your own server? Make your own server? People don't just get admin by asking. You got to work your way up to it, and like KillerSam said, any "official" codjumper servers that make people pay for admin will be closed. So in my opinion your shit out of luck.
