Cod4 Compile - Big Question

Hey guys, ive finished my first codjumper map.
Its nothing close to good, it works amazingly with no errors,
So what my next step to publishing it?

I dont want the little details like the loading screen or a compass for this test map, i just want to know how to publish for others to play ?

use megaupload, mediafire or any hosting web site to upload ur map
then give us the link

p.s.
upload the mp_urmapname.ff and mp_urmapname_load.ff

Sorry i didnt give enough details,
I meant its currently a .map file because im still editing it on compile tools what do i do now to make it an .ff ?

Awhh wicked,
I feel stupid i didnt realise that .ff stood for fast file :L
