My first map
Here it is, Funhouse, my first map. There are still a few things that are a little messy and there is no levelshot, but I plan on updating and adding on to this map. I tried to add every type of jump that I know of in this map, including: 1 ladder+nade jump and a new kind of jump where you are boosted up a ramp and must use a panzer to boost yourself onto the platform. Please post your comments and any suggestions on how to improve this map.

Looks promising, al though the jumps could be a bit harder.
i didn't realy know where to go when i came on the place with 3 exit's at the right and an other jump infront of me.
I?ma fusspot by nature, so i always have something to complain when it comes to actualy constructing, texturing
and detailing, walls floors roofs etc in a map (could be better)
but enough with the naggin,
its a fun map, nice jumps, great that you put in panzer jumps.
keep it up!

I have to agree though. A good map not only needs to be playable (or in this case jumpable) but it needs to look good. For example, a simple jump map such as peds_practice. There is nothing to it accept several long distance jumps, but it looks good, nicely designed.leveller wrote:Looks promising, al though the jumps could be a bit harder.

I will take a look at this map in a few minutes and report some feedback.
(Btw, you may also want to add "beta" to the file so people know it is not finished)

Fixed the errors with the textures.
All jumps on the expert section have been made harder (now 240-246).
Made the directions in the hallway with the 3 exits clearer.
Added TDM spawnpoints.
Added a way to return to any section you passed up at the end of the map.
Any more suggestions?
As far as the parse gamestate error goes, I have no clue. I think that error has something to do with a mod interfering with the map, try moving all of your mods into another folder before starting COD.
