Let me guess. They're going to rip the plot from an extremely obscure movie or novel (so nobody can bitch about unoriginality), add some explosions and giant robots, and call it a movie? It's all I ever expect from Michael Bay

Not Necessarily. I respect your avatar and signature, for Gundam actually puts in a good plot along with all the typical stuff. But, there needs to be more than explosions. At least Revenge of the Fallen got Linkin Park to make QUALITY music for it. New Divide was a pleasant surprise.

But, really, both of the TF movies so far were quite weak on the plot. Cliche plot devices and visual effects pretty much made the movies.

EDIT: Nevermind. Transformers is fucking gold. I just saw The Expendables.
