Old CoD Steam Problems

So last year I purchased the Call of Duty pack from Steam during their annual sale. This included everything from the first through world at war.

Only cod4 and world at war seem to work though. When I run the older games I receive the error: Can't find steam

No idea what this means and I cant seem to sort it out, or find a reasonable solution online.
