its implemented in the mod from cj #6(codjumper_v3_1+this function). All Admins (cj_adminguids) can pick up/drop ppl by
pressing "4"

P.S no further support from me since i didnt made the mod. Just download the Mod from #6; use it on your server; use a usual codjumpermod cfg

Can one teleport their self while alone in a server?

You can do it if your a admin of creator (in the bottom left) by aiming at them and pressing secondaryOffHandButton (flash).
