When you say "just press shift and while sprinting hold your prone button", do you mean I have to be holding sprint at the time, or just sprinting at the time? Either way, I simply end up proning each time.

Also, what are your controls set as, toggle prone or go to prone? And is your shift just sprint or is it the sprint/steady rifle?

Shift = Sprint/Steady aim
Ctrl = Toggle Prone
They aren't bound to anything else for me.

Here's what I do to do it: I press shift to get started with sprinting, and I don't hold it. While sprinting, I simple press ctrl and a dolphin dive is performed.

The diving is pretty awesome but it's still annoying at times for when you just want to get prone and you dive all the way into a bunch of enemies I seen it happen to others and it happened to myself Funny as fuck.

I prefer the way MoH has done the sliding to cover though, feels less clunky.
