yeh rugheads rite anything that can be done on ps3 can be done xbox.but if you have a tv called a pal tv u can bounce higher

O.O I HAVE PAL TV WOHO I GOT A GOLDEN TICKET NAH BUT caps lock fail nah but crash white pole is only possible by pal ppl right oh and p.s is crash rpg strafe wit sniper legit

am I right in saying that all European television sets use PAL, and American ones use NTSC?

yes your right its even diffrence betwen console games for example
CoD4 Bought in America -> NTSC
CoD4 Bought in Europe -> PAL
i also think that its about a 1 or 2 fps difrence

Its not about PAL,
this only applies to PS3 EU:
If you are in 576i or 576p then you bounce a tad higher but strafe less, which means you cant reach alot of hardstrafes (you can but it would be alot harder than xbox and other PS3 uses)
If you are in HD then its the same as xbox and people with a PS3 in America,
Either way they cancel each other out, so Everrything seen on Console is possible to everybody.
Crash white pole has been done in HD on PS3EU which means its possible to everybody.

I don't understand any of this. Surely even if you do have a PAL or HD or whatever, and you get 1/2 fps higher, how is that gonna make you bounce higher?

Since consoles only run at about 60 fps anyway (correct me if I'm wrong) a 1/2 fps difference will make no difference in height as its not giving 125 250 or 333?

This is true, 'cause I've witnessed a friend make no pole with a 4 bar connection on xbox. I know there were no mods 'cause I was host.
