[CoD4] jm_offices & jm_cruisemesses up on online server.
I uploaded these maps to my server, when ever I /rcon map mp_jm_offices/jm_cruise , it gets stuck on Waiting for server to load new map. Then the server disconnects and goes back to default map.

jm_offices doesnt work on pub servers... but i successful run jm_cruise on my server...

I tried cruise on my own server (/map mp_jm_cruise) but then cod crashes and says something like cruise is corrupt or unreadable.

jm_cruise seems a bit iffy - I've heard that some people have had it work on their server but it crashed #1, as did offices. I don't think there's much you can do, I'm afraid.
