Ok to help improve ur quality for future vids, do the following:
1. Record a demo (/record <demo name>)
2. Make a new profile. (With extra quality settings and everything on high)
3. Load the mod that u recorded the demo with.
4. Type /devmap mp_mapname (That u recorded the demo with)
5. Type /cg_draw2d 0 and /cg_drawfps 0.
6. Prefferably use a movie config for better quality.
7. Press Escape and leave that game.
8. Load the demo (/demo <demo name>)
9. Start recording
