Heres my opinion :) :

Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT is about $150, if i'm not mistaken. I had that graphics card before this one (NVIDIA GEFORCE GTS 250)
and i can tell you its a pretty good graphics card :D

And for the processor... i'm not really sure, ill try to look it up on the internet

I'll get back with the procesor when i find a good one (under $150 ofc :) , and one more thing : you didn't specify (dual core or quad core)

I have the 9800GT aswell. I'm not a computer tech and I know not only the graphics card play a role but FPS is not an issue.

If you are running a single core processor under 2.4ghz you will almost undoubtedly have to buy a new motherboard if you get a new processor. Unfortunately, that also means there is a good chance you'd also need new RAM. If you could post what socket type your processor is, whether or not you have pci-e ports on your motherboard, and the speeds of RAM your motherboard takes I can help you. Otherwise, I'd be picking out far more than just a video card and processor.

I have the 9800GT and I think it's awful. I've had nothing but troubles with it. I also struggle with stable 333 on lowest settings on the CJ servers. >.<
