help with crash map jump

I need help with a jump i have seen ppl online do in the crash map. The jump is near the heli towards A, where you see 2 wooden stacks, one on the floor and the other leaning to the wall. I have seen ppl jumping from there to the A dumpster, effectively making it a shortcut to avoid going through the A building. So how do you do it? I tried doing the jump a LOT of times and i could never make it. I also tried watching some vids ( some from this site too), but no one mentions how to do it clearly. They just do it. So is it an easy jump to make? ( I'm a noob btw

). So if someone could guide me as to where to stand and which point to jump at, it would help me a lot.

Just do a right strafe(turn ur back to the heli) and jump as you almost touch the wood thingy(more fps you got higher you jump -> easier to do it)... i can record it to you if you want but its so simple i think it doesnt need to be explained!

It's really easy once you practise it. You don't need a set FPS for it.

Thanks for the video, but the thing is the instructions are a bit difficult to follow since the button config and my play style does not allow me to hold all the keys while making the jump ( I use my ring finger for both A and Shift!)..... So does anyone have any other method?

with 333 FPS just sprint jump on it. Or with 125/250 climb the wall left to it. But i prefer the way shown in the vid because you are a great target while climbing

dudes.. u dont need to strafe or anything.. u just need to jump later than that u think u need. thats how i explain when people ask me and it works =D

GefeGeld is right you have to jump at the last sec. and you can do this jump with a strafe jump and with a normal jump

first jump is just W+Space, second is W+A+turn mouse to the right+Space

The best way is the second jump because they cant see u from the bins+no one nades the left side they only nade the front side
