z_cod4jumper.iwd crash error

I've been trying to help someone with this error, but haven't had any success. He's got the exact same files as on the HTTP redirect, and has the HTTP redirect set up correctly. It downloads this file, and then the game crashes and the above error appears as a popup box.

Any ideas?

Does he have any extra files on the server? Does it happen to every single person who tries to join the server?

Delete everything, then download again from the server. This happens when you have the correct files(in other .iwds for example) but the server is set to pure.

Conflict in files. As suggested, delete everything mod related if needs be.
