I've been practising it, its pretty cool but still hard to do.

The crash mantle one took me about 3 minutes to master, now I get it 95% of time.

This one I've been practising for like 20minutes, and it takes me around a minute to do it each go :(

It was actually used in a video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQV5JETootc#t=9 ), but the editing makes it hard to see.
